This label illustration concept for a craft rum was a fun exploration that included competition research and illustration design based on the concept of the name ‘El Draque’ and dragons.
I did the layout and illustration work, and also wrote the example copy and taglines. The strong silhouette with the ink/parchment quality mixes a historical feel with a modern style with strong positive/negative space. This project fell through (never made it to actual production) but is still a good example of my illustration style.
